Dear Friends,

As you may know, I am running once again for Alabama State Representative from District 42. This area covers all of Chilton as well as parts of Shelby County. My tenure during these past years included both office of State Representative and the office of Coroner for Chilton County.

I am extremely proud of what I have been able to accomplish as your representative. Some of what I have been able to fight for and see accomplished on your behalf include the following:

• Passing tax relief for Alabama families
• Securing better jobs
• Improving the roads in many parts of our area
• Putting $800 million more into our schools

As for the future, I remain committed to:

• Improving our educational system
• Finding ways to provide affordable prescriptions for senior adults

I need you help. In order that we might see these things accomplished, I ask that you continue to pray for me, my family and all of the members of District 42 as I seek to serve you with all the dignity and integrity this great office deserves. Election Day is only weeks away and I am asking you to once again support me as your candidate.

I ask that you vote to elect me, Jimmy Martin, as your State Representative from District 42 on the 7th of November thereby allowing us to continue the progress we started 8 years ago.
